"The Museum of Making Music explores the multifaceted history of the American music products industry from its beginnings in the 1890s to today and presents a variety of events, educational programs and special exhibitions. It explores the connections between the people (those who envision, design, make, distribute, sell and play musical instruments), the instruments themselves and the ultimate result of the music we all make."
Personal Experience: If you are a lover of music and the history of music then I would imagine you'd enjoy this museum. It walks you through the last century of popular instruments and their inventors, hit songs and musicians, all decade by decade. There are a variety of instruments you can play and interactive booths. We got to play a handful of instruments that I never knew existed with such strange and/or beautiful sounds. It was a lot of fun!
